Summary: What the Numbers Say

Of the 144 metrics tracked, the overwhelming majority reflect substantial improvement under the 2014–2026 period of BJP-led governance. 40+ metrics represent entirely new programs or institutions that did not exist under 54 years of Congress rule — UPI, Jan Dhan, GST, IBC, Ayushman Bharat, Vande Bharat, UDAN, FASTag, PLI schemes, iDEX, Operation Sindoor, and more.

The areas of greatest transformation are infrastructure (highways +60%, metros +340%, airports +120%, rail electrification +180%), digital revolution (data cost -97%, UPI processing ₹314 lakh cr/yr, broadband 17x), renewable energy (solar 56x, wind 2.7x), social saturation coverage (Jan Dhan, Ujjwala, Awas, Jal, Ayushman reaching crores), and defence (exports 34x, production 2.7x, indigenous share nearly doubled).
